gifts to school by December 15th. Our school would like to focus on gifts for children ages 8-12.

Let’s BEAT OUR LAST YEAR’S RECORD OF OVER 300 TOYS!

Thank you for your wonderful support!

COMING SOON…(Date TBD-watch for the date in                        next week’s virtual backpack)

Emmons School will be hosting a

         MOBILE FOOD PANTRY!!

We have an amazing opportunity to help our neighbors this holiday season and show our Emmons spirit!!

Here’s how it works:

*A mobile food pantry truck filled with 10,000 lbs of food will come to our parking lot on the designated date.

*The Mobile pantry will be able to serve over 200 families in two hours!

*The Open Arms Pantry will advertise our service at their location prior to the event.

*Anyone who is experiencing financial hardship is welcome to visit the mobile pantry that day and receive assistance in the form of groceries.

*Emmons’ students will write short letters that will be passed out with the bags of food.

How can Emmons families make it happen?

*Through Open Arm’s sponsorship, we are able to get the truck for $850 instead of the regular price of $2000.

*We are asking a small donation of $5-$10/family to help fund this event.

*We need 15 volunteers to help on that day from ~4PM-7PM. If you’re interested, please email Carla Moser at cmoser@emmons-school.

*Thank you for supporting Emmons’ efforts to help make this a happy holiday season for all!
